A spiritual Woman, Dr Veena Bannanje is a native of Udupi, a scholar, philosopher, Voracious orator. She is on the way of Spirituality. She is in the place near Bagalkot with name of SathyaKaama Prathistaana at village named Kallahalli.
Veena Bannanje is daughter of Bannanje Govindacharya. She is one of the younger daughter. She was a lecture in a college at Udupi. She did not thought that she will come through this spiritual path till she was driven by SathyaKaama. She appreciates the bhajans, dasara padagalu which have deeper meaning but at the same time she realised that those are not the only ingredient or necessary ingredient to reach GOD. There is spiritual path and it do not ask who you are, what you are, what are your deeds it will take you away. SathyaKaama is the one who showed this path to her but some are predecided with her birth that very few people can understand .
For them who do not know that what vachanas of kannada, Vachanas are those bunch of words in 2–3–6 lines without grammatical restrictions and to convey the meaning of explanation of pages in short form. Tamil’s Tirukkural or Present day Twitter as facebook is like describing through articles or post and book is book. But to summarise everything after deep analysis is VACHANAS.
Interestingly Her interpretation of Akkamahadevi vachanas and husband (Ganda) in her vachanas is that it is with God and God is the real protector and the kannada word Ganda is to protect than only wife. Respected Veena further explains Akkamahadevi vachanas which links to the spiritual world. “Allama” who is the person who attained Zero knowledge at last, i.e. to have body, to be with body, to breathe in body but it will not bring any harm though if we do not feed the natural nutritio to it. i.e. living without nature that is where the spiritual attainment is. One instance is that when a person blow the sword on allama, it passed through body.
She endorses that there is a cosmic arrangement in this world though we many people cannot experience. She very much know about the spiritual force that is driven today in youths than before in 1990 as there is interest in youth towards meditation especially for reducing stress and may lead to spirituality with strong force. Thus she hopes for better future for INDIA. Everyone knows that India is built on spiritual force than any such science or philosophy and she acknowledges it. She remembers the bhajans and our other culture how it make a man civilized. But she advocates that those are only for the sustenance of life and there is always a one that everyone has to achieve and it comes on it own course i.e spiritual enlightenment. But she politely oppose the argument that achieving spirituality by womanhood is through only rituals.

Very interesting perspective. Manteswamy and siddappaji gurugalu did pavadas using tantra to influence their message. The followers in the southeastern Karnataka still believes version of lingayat or vachanas broadcasted by these two stalwarts.
For a person like me who is at a crossroad in spiritual exercise it is an important marga soochi. Like her father she is great.
