    Old timers in old areas of Bangalore – Brothers quarreling over property are selling off them to Marwadis and relocating to outskirts of the city

    People from outside state (Marwadis) – Friends/Relatives come together to buy such properties, develop into apartments / commercial complex and use it for their residential / business purpose and stay together!!!!

    Look at how same property is dividing others, but uniting Marwadis. People should learn from them and start joint family system again

18. They rarely go out on Movies, chill out or Resturants. Rarely seen any Marvaris partying and splurging money on drinks, food and pleasing others. But their weddings are really pompous. What u can observe is they’re very disciplined with lot of familial values (joint family) inculcated I to them since their childhood apart from the money mindset, But what is the sad part is they rig ppl when it comes to jwellery business despite technologies like Cctv, sensors, alarm systems and most importantly insurance coverages.
