Nice information but there’s some correction required in sec 54F, when capital gains realised, then residential house to be purchase before 1 yr or purchase after 1 yr or construct within 3 yrs of sale of long term assets.
So, if house purchased more than 1yr before sale of long term assets, exemption will not come.

Good video andi but you may need add house cost incriment present also because when people seeing in sip they look for cagr but when they see the house they look for mare prices. When I discussed with some people their calculation is like below if 10k sip increase s to 8.73 L after 5 years with a 15% rate of interest 50L house becomes 63.81L with rate of return 5% then people will then house increased to 14L but sip is increased only 2.74L only like that. But in reality SIP increased more in mare prices also.
